Artist

Astronomical imagery, shifting as you move.

Yuki Goldberg is a Japanese contemporary artist with a background in music, web, app and video production, as well as entrepreneurship and business development in technology. Goldberg now works with lenticular images, in which color and imagery change with the viewing angle. Using astronomical imagery, these works connect different observations of the same celestial object with the viewer’s movement. Through selecting, combining and, when needed, editing images, Goldberg seeks to make the beauty of the cosmos something experienced through the body’s movement.

The works are in development. These digital studies preview image transitions; the physical lenticular effect will be confirmed through print production.
